The biggest announcement is probably that with the 1.8.0 release OctoPrint is dropping Python 2 support
Although the installation returns successfully the package isn't installed after restarting Octoprint , here's the installation log: https://pastebin.com/zUgys1wR

Remove version restraint of the pillow packages as it was breaking the plugin on Octoprint 1.8.1 installations. Python 2 is no longer supported by Octoprint so there's no point in this plugin supporting it.
