Stopped tracking usage and deleted database when adding a spool #293

Running octoprint 1.8.4. Have not used printer for a few months. Printed parts this weekend and noticed that spool use dates did not change. Tried adding a new spool and it would not show in the list. Rebooted octoprint and now all my spools are gone. Rebooted server and still no listing of my spools. Storage tab in Plugin Manager shows 17 spools. Exported database and tried to import back to octoprint and the spool list is still blank.
