Spool Manager and Continuous Print Temperature Offset reseting

I use Spool manager with Continuous Print and would like to utilize the temperature offset, but as prints cycle the temperature offset is set back to zero. Would it be possible to have the temperature offset stay at the offset, or reset the offset every print? Thanks, Richard
