[New feature] Trigger a gcode when spool is at X% #313

One good feature could be to trigger an event that would send a gcode when the current spool is at X%. This would allow us to pause the print or trigger a filament change without the risk of the spool actually ending.

Maybe a button that opens a popup asking for a percentage and a gcode to schedule.
