Spools tab uses European date format instead of browser locale or ISO 8601 #319

On the "Spools" tab, the Last/First use column displays both dates in DD.MM.YYYY format. This is inconsistent with the individual spool page, which displays the correct format for my locale (MM/DD/YYYY, HH:MM) and the "Uploaded" date under the "Status" tab, which uses ISO 8601 (YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS).
