unable to install without internet connection

Hello,

I am trying to install this plugin without having any internet connection on the octopi, but installing it by uploading the plugin's zip file. It seems that it requires an internet connection though for installing a couple of python modules.

Is it possible to install this plugin without any internet connection on the octopi side?
