Will not install through plugin manager or URL #343

When running I get a ton of errors mostly: ############################

Package would be ignored

############################ Python recognizes 'octoprint_SpoolManager.static.images' as an importable package, but it is not listed in the packages configuration of setuptools.

Running - OctoPrint 1.9.3 Python 3.11.2
