Filament Used Weight Calculation Incorrect

SpoolManager told me that my spool was empty, but I have a huge amount of filament left to go. I then noticed that the estimated used filament was nearly double what it should be according to PrusaSlicer. I also weighed a part and it matched PrusaSlicers estimate almost perfectly. The estimate from SpoolManager was way off, using only half of what SpoolManager estimated.

I also noticed that OctoPrint in the "Files" area has a closer estimation, although not completely accurate(likely missing flow/extrusion multiplier).

I confirmed my settings in PrusaSlicer match up perfectly with the filament settings in SpoolManager.

I've been banging my head on the wall trying to figure out where this estimate is coming from and what I'm missing.
