In Bowser's Inside Story I noticed the resolution was stuck in places and text was all squished up.

Furthermore Animal Crossing Wild World and Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days both have sound issues that you should only expect through an emulator.

Those are nds-bootstrap issues.
