96 run our dashboard in pipeline

Start with a smile

created DAG for airflow (only ai-blog for proof of concept), only functions for AI summarize (not tested for local model)
replaced path_to_summaries with Path in translation_model.py
added ENV TRANSFORMERS_CACHE=/tmp/huggingfacecache to Dockerfile to save temporarly translation model in airflow
