Update support for Tomcat 8.5 and PostgreSQL. Fixes #27

Some changes related to the support of Tomcat and PostgreSQL:

• Updated Jersey to 2.17
• Updated Java EE API from 6.0 to 7.0
• Removed the tag for some Jackson dependencies
• Updated PostgreSQL JDBC to 42.2.5
• Added some new dependencies to the Tomcat profile

This fixes issue #27
