Can I use this tool for plant? #4

Hi,

I'm very interested in your tool. But I work on the plants and wonder if this tool can work on the plants. Or do I need to train this tool with plant data?

We expect it to work on plant data as well due to the nature of the algorithm around graph models. Yes, we will recommend you train with plant data. While we are still testing the limit of the generalization idea proposed in our work, our model performs better when trained on the data used for the 3D structure prediction.
