Toolkit not shutting down correctly: Keeps on Crashing #3

Its very unstable, Sometimes it works flawlessly other times it keeps on 
crashing. In noticed that if it starts crashing the only thing that can bring 
it to life is to restart windows. 
The areas that it crashes are the following:
1. When I select the screen and then click to select the kinect.
2. Modifying the touch area

I'm using the Dec 6 version on Windows 7.

Same. But take a other USB Port and you dont need to restart windows..

Found the Error...
The Toolkit dont close correct. Kill the Tasks in Taskmanager and it works on 
the same USB Port

The Dev must add a close Button and kill all open Tasks.
