Register Doesn't Invoke a Response

3. Registering doesn't prompt a response. The user doesn't know what to do after registering.
4. 1) Go to sign up page 2) Enter all information 3) Clicked on 'Register' button
5. Message telling the user what to do, e.g. expect an email or log in

I think that "Kindly Check your Email " kind of tells the user what to do
