an LLM based tool that, given a news article, finds the relevant primary source. The typical case is, it is linked in the article. Often times, it is NOT linked, and a google search might find it. Not every case will be findable like this, but if it can do even 20% of cases it will be a huge huge win for democracy / misinformation / education etc.
this is kind of a way to fight back against the trend in news articles where they don't even bother linking to the source of the paper when they say "study finds so and so" or the government press release etc.
