Lidarr not searching on add

Describe the bug This issue existed before and was resolved a couple years ago (#3610) but I am seeing it again. In Ombi 4.x when requesting an album, with Lidarr setup correctly (enabled, test connectivity works, do not search is NOT checked), Lidarr monitors the album, but does not attempt to search for it

To Reproduce

1. Search for any album
2. Request it
3. "Successful request" message, it has been added and monitored in Lidarr

Expected behavior Lidarr should have also searched for the album after monitoring it.

Logs (Logs directory where Ombi is located) Could not find any issues in longs

I have having the exact same issue with Ombi and Lidarr. Running 4.3.0 in a docker, currently.
I can supply logs, if needed.
