Movie recommendations / similar should be switched

Describe the bug When viewing a page for a movie, at the bottom are two drop downs for recommended and similar movies. If I am looking at Dante's Peak, or any disaster movie for an example the recommended section shows very related movies while the similar movies are mostly not related to the movie Dante's Peak.

From my point of view those two drop down names should be swapped.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. View a movie
2. At the bottom of the page view the recommended or similar drop down menu
3. Notice how recommended movies are very similar, while similar movies are recommendations based off of current library.

Expected behavior Names of drop down menu should be switched.
