Music search flags group/person as "Album", with details that only appear on mouseover

Describe the bug When searching for a music artist, the result are improperly formatted. The artist has an "Album" label, and the description text is all hidden until you do a mouseover. (All entries are actually labelled as Album.. the second result in my screenshot should actually be a "Person")

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Enable Music searching in search filter
2. Type an artist name
3. See artist info on results screen

Expected behavior Artist entry is appropriately labelled as "Group" or "Person" as in Lidarr, and the description text is visible.
