Please review and merge with main. This commit includes Ontario dataset and Done Linear interpolation for missing values.

@venkateshkonduru11 could you please commit in the folder "data" instead of "src/tasks"? I am seeing some conflict with this commit.

I have moved to the data folder. However, I'm not able to create a pull request due "There isn’t anything to compare. OmdenaAI:main and venkateshkonduru11:main are identical." @anki112279
