merging two datasets #7

the uploading and XLM dataset

since the XLM dataset doesn't have long covid since it ended in April 21 - most probably this dataset won't be used

In addition, we can get whichever tweets we want from any dataset and then use XLM to predict sentiment.

This issues thus is not useful,
