move `ome/` directory into /home/ome #27

move ome/ directory from default user directory, /home/pi/ome to enable users can make a new user instead of default pi user.

Accordingly, install.bash, instead of make, copies 01, 02 to the appropriate direcotory. Then make install can run outside chroot.

Closes #19

Check if cp command puts attributes of 01, 02, ... with user-owned and writable and close #21
