Include working out why pep8.py keeps failing in Eclipse.

pyint and gui seems to be fairly buggy but does come up with some good suggestions, and importantly spotted a regex issue which would have gone unnoticed. Pending on current bugs being fixed before I look into posting other - see mindmap.
