When OPKoKo lectures are approved, they should be visible to all users. There should be a "like" button which should explain a want to be a lecture's "rumsvärd" during the OPKoKo. It should support multiple likes (aka multiple people should be able to show interest of being the lecture's "rumsvärd").
Suggestion is to exchange the "idea" view to an "Approved submittals for OPKoKo" for the specific OPKoKo-event. Logic could be to use the current "likes" for this functionality.
It should be possible to see the names of the people who've showed interest in being a "rumsvärd" for someone who has the role "OPKoKo Program Committee". They should have access to an export button similar to the "lecturer export", and it would also be good if the export of lectures included information about the "rumsvärd"-interested for each lecture.
