Watching the training screen, sometimes an agent very clearly goes into the hill, but doesn't get any points.

This is back. It seems that sometimes (perhaps when both agents enter the hill at the same time) the hill stops working for an entire episode.

Haven't been able to reproduce. Putting this on hold for now.
