Force close when sending files over blootooth #50

Device (phone) brand: Motorola
Device (phone) model: Droid3
Android OS version: 2.3.4
A2DP Volume 2.0.9
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Pair device and turn Bluetooth ON
2. Find a file and send it to a PC using Bluetooth

This is likely related to the broadcast receiver seeing an unknown Bluetooth 
device.  However, in this case the device was in the list the 2nd time I tried. 
 There has been a problem with the broadcast receiver ever since 2.0.8.

See also issue #44, I get a force close on bluetooth disconnect / exit car mode 
in all cases.

2.0.10 is ready for testing.  Please give this a try and let me know if the 
issues you saw are now fixed.

Tested between Droid and Droid 3.  Both sender and receiver used 2.0.10 and 
both worked fine.
