Upgrade from pre-2.0 version to 2.0.10 causes force close. #52

One small thing: I updated from a pre-2.0 version to 2.0.10. After installing 
the update, i got a force close and program did not start. I had to first go to 
Preferences -> Applications and the delete all application data, after that i 
was able to start it.

Fixed the database onUpgrade function in 2.0.11 now available for download.
