Outdated Dependencies #28

We should fix any outdated dependencies: Dependency Status

I'm tagging this issue as a bug since BitCannon hasn't been touched in a long time. Amazingly it still works with the latest lts version of Node! However dependencies are out of date and deprecation warnings have crept up in places. I've got a lot of spare time on my hands lately so I'm going to try to get this project back in to a useable state, I'd rather not see it die :)

Currently waiting on https://github.com/alanshaw/david-www/issues/366 to be fixed as I can't login to david-dm at all.
