Codacy has proven to be quite the talkative little robot, and most of its points were quite valid. Should we give Codacy the same status as Travis and require that it passes before merging?

No. @codacy-bot, you're great, but you take a while to send in your reviews. I'll solicit your opinion, but I won't rely on it to pass.
