• [x] Web App:
  • [x] Dataset View: All the links should be work.
  • [x] The dataset and publication needs to be clearly distinguished
  • [x] Add more information to the publication: citation, authors to be able to have a difference between both panels.
  • [x] Add to the Dataset the Species, Organisms, and disease information.
  • [x] Change the header to looks closer to RNACentral for example, remove the Services, EBI logo, etc
  • [x] Remove the footer of the system with all the references to EBI.
• [x] Dev environment:
  • [x] Deploy the mongo database in the Mongo Dev instance
  • [x] Define and deploy the web service in the dev environment.
  • [x] Deploy all the parsers and reader into CRON jobs and re-index the complete data.
• [x] WordCloud Refinement (information in the worldcloud needs to be refined using a naive annotation system that):
  • [x] Define the DDI Dictionary.
  • [x] New Stop Words.
  • [x] Annotation with ontologies and synonyms. (https://bioportal.bioontology.org/annotator)
  • [x] Generate the WorldCloud for the complete context. (external services to have this done)
