Can you provide trained models? Can you also provide examples/notebooks on how to use a model for various tasks such as imputation/classification/sampling? Thanks

Hi @ronzeira2 , we are currently developing a new version of scDiff and notebooks and API will be supported in the next version. We will keep track of the process in #1
