Different approach to migrating content handling in parbox to ensure migrating content is properly re-inserted just after the parbox and not before, and the following works - as before but in a more robust way:
Adaptation of ptable with respect to the previous point (when building cell parboxes and when shipping them out)
In all these packages, and struts as well, removal of the "hbox/parbox stealing" trick (e.g. popping a box from the typesetter node queue, for measurement needs or to re-insert it later wrapped in some modified box, e.g. for color etc.) - It couldn't play well with migrating content being in the typesetter node queue too.
P.S. The implementation uses a "compatibility hack/shim" to (re-)implement here the logic proposed in https://github.com/sile-typesetter/sile/pull/1702 (so if it makes it at some point, the hack/shim could be removed - well, when we decide not to support earlier versions of SILE any longer at least).
P.P.S. The compatibility hack/shim here has a few differences from its initial implementation in the reSile/Silex alternative typesetter (for me to remember... when/if the latter sees the light ^^).
