Finalizing the migration from Mercurial to Git. Also updating the project to the latest version of Unity (2019.2.7).

This pull request is waiting on verifying whether issue OmiyaGames/template-unity-project#42, OmiyaGames/omiya-games-saves#7, and OmiyaGames/template-unity-project#44 has been fixed or not.
