Utilizing OpenUPM to install Omiya Games packages to a new Omiya Games - Common and Omiya Games - Cryptography packages. The project files related to these packages has been removed in response. This should allow for a slimmer code base and a faster compile time, especially in the future when more libraries and tools are refactored into their own packages.
