A better Header content

absence of a header content makes the website look dull. I would like to make a better header content and direct scroll to the header upon reaching the end of the website. Kindly assign the issue to me.

The Maa-Vimala logo is written very simply , I would like to give some border and colour to the logo. I would like to work on this . Can you please assign this issue to me? I would start with this initial version, make the frontend better and then add additional content to the header.
