Adding Contact us page #274

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I have observed that there is contact us anchor tag in navbar but contact us page is not present.

Describe the solution you'd like I want to add contact us page in web page.

Additional context I am GSSOC'24 Contributor. Please assign me this task. I want to work on this.
