Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I have observed that Readme anchor tag in footer section is not visible

Describe the solution you'd like I want to add some CSS features in order to make it visible.

Additional context I am GSSOC'24 Contributor I want to work on this issue. Please assign me this task.
