hover effect is not added on the icons in nav bar #300

@Omkar-Sonawane-23 I got an issue that hover effect is only on the text not on the icons in the top navigation bar.

I want to fix this issue so that hover effect will work on both the text and icons. and it will be looking nice after the changes.

so please add labels on this issue and then assign this issue to me.
