[UI] : Addition of hover effect to navbar icons #308

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Home' page
  2. Hover over the navbar links
  3. Icons do not change color

Expected behavior The icons should also have the same colour as the links on hover
