Comment section and a 5-star rating section for each place #255

Currently, users can read blog pages about different travel destinations, but there is no way for them to share their personal experiences or rate the places they have visited. This limits user engagement and the ability to provide valuable feedback to other readers. Below each page we can have a 5star rating section and followed by a comment section where people could share their experience travelling

At the end of each blog page, there should be a section with a prompt asking users if they have visited the place described. This section should include: "Have you visited this place before. Rate it!" section question and then a comment section , add a comment box and the display of all comments beneath.
