Adding the weather report at the particular place #422

By adding the weather details for the particular place can help the user to know the weather details of that place for this I will be using the weather API and integrating it in the DetailView page so It would be helpful for the user. So I would like to work on this issue please assign this to me. under @gssoc @sameer-soni image
