Duplicate Navbar in home route

Describe the bug The navbar is loaded 2 times in home page. It is not causing any issue, but its not a good practice to load 2 navbars in single page.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Homepage
2. Click on Inspect
3. Click on Navbar or root
4. See 2 navbars rendered in same place

Expected behavior Remove the extra navbar
