[FEAT]: Language Switch Options(Hindi, English,Tamil,Gujrati, marathi etc.) #445

Language Switch Options must be available in the website so that ,people of different-different regions can read the content on their own language.

Describe the solution you'd like

Language Switch Button will be present in the top of the page .As u click on select language (hindi,tamil,marathi etc.) all the content will get converted into that particular language .Hence, provide user good experience and make it easy for those who are not able to read English.

The above screenshot is of government website ,where u can convert the whole website into hindi language if u want. Similar solution can be done for our website.
