Adding footer to the website #143

image As we can see there is no footer to the website so it kinds of looks not good , I can provide a better and beautiful footer with the help of Tailwind CSS. Can you assign this issue to me under GSSOC24

if this is not assigned yet, please allot it to me, i am interested to work on it. I can add quick links and ensure that when the shlok is seeked, the ui doesn't end abruptly.
