No Alert message

Describe the bug While I was going through contact page,i signed for contact and sent a mail,it really doesn't says if the mail was sent or not

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'https://vedic-vani.vercel.app/contact'
2. Click on 'Contact'
3. Scroll down to 'Bottom'
4. See error

Expected behavior I expect to see a alert message telling that the mail/query was sent
