feat: add wallpaper package #45

Describe the feature you'd like to request

Create package for the new wallpaper feature.

Describe the solution you'd like to see

This feature will have a variety of background sources and also able to connect to a google account and access to google photos album(opt in).

Figure out a sane level of inactivity and see if we can have some sort of full screen effect that can fade in/out based on activity.

Figure out a sane amount of time before switching to new background. Look into a way to run a utility against the next image to see if it is too noisy or not to be a decent background for the data viz dashboard.

The google photos portion of the feature is out of scope for this.

It can be as simple as 5 to 10 hard coded urls that cycle to test the full screen and switch.
