Color selection in Eclipse Console View is not correct for some locales #4

Description: Plugin setting "Enable colored rendering in the GlassFish Log Viewer" does not work correctly for some locales. Plugin converts log messages into their localized form. For this reason JUL-resource sun.util.logging.resources.logging is used. For some locales selection length is not equal to the log level length.

Affects on: locales de, es, fr, it and some others
