Linux and OS X match, but Win doesn't. This is caused by a mismatch of the installer:

omnicore-0.0.9.99-dev-win64-setup.exe

This does not necessarily indicate harmful intentions, or a tempered file, but it may as well be caused by a non-deterministic element, which is part of the installer.

Nevertheless: care should be taken and this file may not be suitable for distribution!
