Hide empty blocks, messages based on blockchain, fixes & improvements #445

Changes

added filter show/hide empty blocks
added EmptyBlockMessage component
refactoring show messages based on blockchain
sort txs by blocktime desc
fix now when an address is clicked on unconfirmed tx list, is redirect to the unconfirmed txs for the address
avoid to select text of menu items
fix styles
updated version to 6.4.0
