Send shows no MSC for an address that has 0.1 MSC #680

Note the non-zero balance in the detail modal:

Below is the default page when I clicked Send (after I added the private key for this address, which I already had as a watch-only address). 1JwSSubhmg6iPtRjtyqhUYYH7bZg3Lfy1T apparently does have 0 BTC, so I can't send from this address regardless of how many of any other coin I have.

I have noticed that it sometimes takes a moment or two for the address balance on the send page to update (after inital load). This is the globally compromised (correct horse battery staple) and i have it in my wallet as well. I can not recreate what you are seeing with the 0 (msc) balance.
