Static Header-footer prevents #875

The mobile scene is critical. Smartphones are taking the business lead.

The page isn't scrolling properly with the header and footer being static floating.

Can't not really use Omniwallet on mobile because of this. Also can bearly click the send button on a regular laptop. The header and footer could move with page scrolling. Need mobile compatibility and usability.

It was impossible to copy a wallet address, for pasting to email or btc app for example. I recommend a script to detect the browser and alternate the CSS file to a slimmed down mobile version. :)
